We are responsible for the concession stand and that money will go towards the money we earn for awards and putting on our state finals for our high school and jr. high school contestants. Brenda Lagasse and Chad Wiswell are organizing this concession stand. Bill and Lita Robertson have donated ALL the meat for it. What we need now are members to donate either money to purchase the other items or pledge to bring something. We need the following items: Hamburger Buns - 250 patties Hot Dog Buns - 250 buns Ketchup, Mustard, Relish Cases of bottled water Cases of Misc. Pop (Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Dt. Pepsi, Mt Dew) Asst. of Candy Bars Asst of baked goods already bagged. 8 to 10 aluminum pans Bags of potato chips Nacho Cheese Napkins If you would rather send money to help, please send it to KHSRA, Suzan Adams 7762 Old Stage Road, Junction City, KS 66441. All members (both high school and jr. high school) are encourage to attend this roping to help - the money goes back to you). We know that some of you already have plans since it is the holiday week-end, but if not please try to be there.
