9:00 - Queen Horsemanship - Main Arena 9:30 Rought Stock Equipment Check arena
10:00 - Run Stock in Expo Center Arena
1:00 - 3:00 - Mandatory Check-In at Heritage Hall
3:30 - Queen Contest-speeches/modeling competition Western Dress Required for Check-In
3:30 Mandatory Contestants Meeting in Heritage Hall Must be Checked in by 3:00
5:00 Guest Speaker - Amberly Synder to speak before family picnic
**Welcome Speeches & Results of Student Officers, Event Directors and Adults Directors - Adult Meeting
**Family State Finals Picnic (bring side dish) - sponsored by Purina and Frontier Farm Credit - approximately 5:30
Contestant Dance in Heritage Hall - Time will be posted at Check in
Thursday June 2, 2016 (Tough Enough to Wear Pink - Both Perfs)
9:00 - Board Meeting (old and new board) location TBA 1:30 pm -Grand Entry 1st Go Round 1st Perf.
7:30 am Sr. Scholarship Interviews-Heritage Hall 7:00 pm - Grand Entry 1st Go 2nd Perf.
6:30 pm-Academic Team Presentation Awards ceremony for 1st Go Round following evening
performance- main arena approx 30 min after perf
Friday June 3, 2016 (Black Shirt Both Perfs to Show Support of our Troops)
8:00 am 1st & 2nd Go's - Cutting (Main Arena) 1:30 pm -Grand Entry 2nd Go Round 1st Perf.
10:00 am 1st and 2nd Go's - RCH (Main Arena) 7:00 pm - Grand Entry 2nd Go 2nd Perf.
**RCH - Reined Cow Horse Awards ceremony for 2nd Go Round following evening
Beach Volleyball for contestants in main arena after 1:30 perf.
Lunch will be served at beach volleyball event performance- main arena approx 30 min after perf

9:00 am Finals Cutting (Main Arena) Drawing and Presentation of Platinum Trailer
10:00 am Reined How Horse Finals (Main Arena) by Cowboy Trailer Sales
dummy roping dummy barrel race 11-1?? Immediately before the start of the Grand Entry
1:00 pm Senior Recognition & Scholarship Presentation
Senior slideshow immediately following Sr. recognition 7:00 pm Grand Entry & Short Go (Finals Night)
6:30 pm - Queen Coronation (top 15 year end contestants compete in this)

9:30 am - Cowboy Church - In Main Arena
**Awards Presentation immediately following Church services - Heritage Hall
**National Qualifiers will need to stay & complete all forms following the awards ceremony.
Both parents MUST be present in order to sign national finals forms. Deposits for NHSRF will be required at
this time - separate checks will be requested for camping and optional jackpots
