Kansas High School Rodeo Association is privileged to have Dr. Chris Miller and
the Kansas Orthopaedic Center, KOC., as a partner at our rodeos.
Dr. Miller heads the sports medicine program which provides medical attention to
contestants injured at rodeos. Dr. Miller is an orthopaedic surgeon from Wichita who
has donated his time and talent to the organization since 1996. Today, Dr. Miller and
KOC serve not only KHSRA, but are the official sports medicine team of the Na-
tional High School Rodeo Finals, the Wrangler Junior High Finals, and the National
Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Central Plains Region. Contestants and their fami-
lies sincerely appreciate Doc Miller for his dedication to KHSRA. He is considered
part of the Kansas rodeo family and it just wouldn't be a Kansas High School Rodeo
without Doc!
