Important Deadline
Memberships for 2026–2027 open July 15, 2026 and close April 1, 2027. No exceptions. All forms must be uploaded — do not mail them. Questions? Email khsrarodeo@gmail.com — no phone calls.

Read the Welcome Letter
Start here — the welcome letter covers everything you need to know before beginning the enrollment process.

Create Account & Register Online
Go to NHSRA.com to create your account and complete online registration. Membership dues are listed in the portal and must be paid here. Your NHSRA Application and your Minor’s Release Form are located inside the portal and must be signed and re-uploaded.<br>Make sure that you have all signatures and that the Minor’s Release Form is notarized. Any missing signatures will result in a denied membership.

Download, Complete & Upload The Required STate Forms listed below
The state forms are listed below in the required documents section. Please make sure that you download them, fill them out and sign and then re-upload to your portal at nhsra.com.
Required Documents
Upload all of the following to your membership portal
- Spring 2026 Grade Card copy
- Birth Certificate copy
- NHSRA Application + Minors Release Form (available inside the portal)
Non-Member Local Entries
For local contestants only
Local members may enter one weekend rodeo only as a non-member. Download the Non-Member Form and a Hospital Release from the Official Documents page. Both forms must reach the State Secretary by the Monday prior to the rodeo — along with pre-paid entry fees plus a $12 non-member fee. Late forms result in being drawn out from the rodeo.
